today sprained my ankle. but LUCKY ME. i wearing ANIT-TWIST badminton shoes. so twist le also not very pain. now not very pain. but i scared tomorrow will get worse. HOPE NOT. XD

lost most matches today. due to fatigue maybe? but will sleep early today for the match today. coach says it will be a easy game but i dont think so lor. hahax. little confidence. but shall try for 5-0 tomorrow. that is if my ankle doesn't get worse. XD
