went swimming and then later inline-skating. [more exact term, i found out]

went to CCk swimming pool.
swam for one hour then it rained.
actually the lifeguard told everyone to get out of the pool.
cause it was really lightning and pets.
get the joke?
heyy you're supposed to. ;D
pets as in 'cats and dogs'.
in a BIG rain.

then ate lunch.

next went inline-skating.
roller skating larr. XD
awesome fun.
blading on the roads.
reminds me of TONY HAWK'S games.
the only difference is that i make it more realistic.
i mean more to-the-ground.

i went to hwa chong institution for this SMO.

had a fun time there.

this one's too boring and old.

today was a long but FUN sunday.
had tuition the morning.
and no, that's not the fun part.

then after that had lunch at SINGAPORE EXPO.
first time i've been to EXPO.
so it looks BIG TO ME.

went to the FOOD FEST at HALL 5.
not only was there food,
there were many many ppl there too.
and there were some shows on stage too.

first the food.
IT WAS GREAT LARR CAN.
had a chance to taste many many food that i've nvr tasted before.
black pepper sausage and cheese sausage.
the cheese one has so little chesse in it by the way. XD
then got this CAN DRINK: "WATEVER" and "ANYTHING".
"WATEVER" as shown in the adverts on TV was a non-carbonated drink.
"ANYTHING" is carbonated drink.
then everytime we buy one can sure different flavour one lorr. ;D
"a surprise in every can" they claimed.

bought lots of tidbits back home.
including my favourite BAQUA!

there was this magic show and trick show.
trick show with ppl balancing pots on their heads and necks.
magic show where the magician swallowed the whole balloon in his mouth.
wow.

then went to roller-skate at EAST COAST PARK.
i fell once larr.
fall back somemore leh.
now my backside damn pain larr.
i might even have hurt my backbone.
but its a good experience for me too.
i mean like i can learn something from it rite.

then went for dinner at west coast there.
shall upload some pics i took today.

i did some english stuff in the assessment book i bought in popular last week.
the book was so different from others larr.
it teaches you the technique and stuff.
its just different.

it reminds me of my mid-year results.
GPA = 3.0
PERCENTAGE = 67.3
so low larr.
plus i almost failed my history.
50 marks for history.
1 A1, 2 A2, 1 B3, 1 B4 and 1 C6.
guess i didn't put in my best effort to for this.
SHALL WORK HARDER next term.

so i was pretty disappointed. D;
2E went in the second round when they beat 2G today.
2G looked beaten and sad.
they've been playing hard but not scoring.
i think it's because they didn't defend well.
then 2E counter them.
then 2G of course die lah.
so the KEY to success, is DEFENCE.
well, that's my theory.

chuye can't make it for the finals on thursday lorr if we go into the finals.
that's not fair.
it will be hard winning without him.
but we must first win 2J before going into the finals this wednesday.

cause 2K BOYS GOT THROUGH TO THE SEMI-FINALS. ;D

i was hoping it doesn't rain this morning.
and it didn't rain.
YAY. XD

school was ntn fun.
cause everyone thinking of soccer competition.
even though its a inter-class competition.
but it means so much to us boys.
cause its about pride, glory and talent.

it was cloudy in the afternoon.
but that didn't stop us from our warm-up and stuff.
we formed a circle and started passing the ball around as part of warm-up.

we have a strong team.
there were eleven of us:
-tunren
-peidong
-ruimin
-kitkay
-junbin
-wenjia
-jiajun
-youxiang
-chuye
-szefan
-songwei [me!]

this team consisted of players for different positions.
and we all played a part in ensuring that the team went through to the second round.

the first match was against 2D.
but they didn't seem very enthu-ed.
they like don't want to play larr.
then we all were so angry with them we kept scolding them.
for example: "wa lau, what's your problem larr."
but jinjie the refree for the match told us to keep calm.
youxiang scored the first goal.
i can't remember much about it.
then szefan scored the second.
cause the keeper couldn't catch the ball properly larr.
he got a bit of hold of the ball szefan kicked but didn't catch it properly.
then it went in the goal. XD

then the next match was a viewing match.
it was 2D vs 2H.
we went to the grandstand and supported both teams as we were hoping for a draw so we could have more chance to go in the second round.
we were making so much noise we could tear a building down.
but 2H still won the more enthu 2D.

we were feeling unfair for 2D so we told them we were going to win 2H for them.
but i was feeling nervous cause this match against 2H was the decisive match.

we played defensive for the 2 matches.
for example like when we attacking,
3 ppl stay back defend.
then the others go attack.
but when we opponent get the possesion of the ball,
we all come back defend.

chuye scored the one and only winner goal for us against 2H.
it was damn nice.
but shaowei was playing rough.
he injured chuye a bit by sliding.
he also kicked szefan by sliding again.
and he almost killed me by sliding again.
he like anyhow slide one larr.
then i got kicked by weiqiang also.
but that one is he accidentally kick so it was okay.
but shaowei is anyhow slide larr.
so everyone was sub-ed later cause we were tired and injured players. ;D

we were leading 1-0 at half-time so all the attacking players who were injured [except youxiang] sub-ed for defenders.
szefan, chuye, youxiang and me subbed with jiajun, wenjia, ruimin and junbin.

then peidong and ruimin and kitkay was playing real defence with them.
its like kitkay go out and try get the ball away from the upcoming attacker.
then if he cannot do it then peidong comes up and kick it away.
peidong's damn fast and he is a STAR DEFENDER!
then if peidong cannot get the ball,
ruimin will get it no matter what.
they defended like that throughout the whole match and so we won the match.

i was so happy cause we got to second round.
even though i didn't score.
i had 2 opportunities.
both is i dribble pass the opponent team players then left one-on-one with keeper.
but i shoot miss.
got one with jiajun next to me.
then i miss.
should have passed to jiajun.
but everyone had misses in the matches.
so it was okay.
people do make mistakes right? ;D

WE ARE {THE DEFENSIVE STYLE!} PLAYERS. XD
we are going to the beat 2J and go into the finals.
GO FOR IT! ;D

then 2A knocked 2I out of the group stage too.
unbelievable match.
yongyu scored the winner goal.
it was a tycho-stunner shot!
2A defended well and attacked when they had the chance.
their keeper was pro too. ;D
2I shot the posts lots of time.
but none went in.
they had a penalty too.
but i guess they were too tired to win.

so far the teams making it to the semi-finals are
2J, 2K and 2A.
so everone must chiong hard hor.
get to the finals!

the girls had their match too.
but sadly they lost.
they said the 2J ppl cheated.
i can't make conclusions here cause i only saw the first half of the match.
but you all tried your best so its okay.

ntn much happened at school today.
got back lang arts compre marks.
15/30.
stunned.
just passed too.
lower than my expectations again.

got back my science biology paper.
48/70.
stunned.
not too bad i guess.
i was like finding 1 more mark in the paper so i can get an A2 for science.
but i couldn't find it. ;D

after school i had training.
not in top-form though.

then played soccer.
I SCORED.
OMG.
after such a long goal drought.
i actually scored.
not one but quite a lot.
headers, shots.
i have them all today.
headers are mostly from szefan's crosses.
but i took one shot which it went in.

OH!
and our soccer grouping.
something i'm very excited about.
we are grouped with 2D and 2H.

then i didn't have my bag with me so i don't think can go in the bus so fast.

then szefan also didn't wait for me at JE.
he said he wanted to go LOT1 to eat smt.
and so i didn't get anything to eat in school.
but he said when i reached JE that he went home already.
wth.
then i went home hungry and tired.
cause might as well go home to eat then.
so i walked home listening to the FM on my phone.
it made me feel less hungry and tired.

dead beat today. just came back home after all the soccer and basketball fun.
and i can't find what info yang laoshi wanted us to find.

chilly morning compared to last morning.
cause it rained yesterday.

school was nothing of the fun sort.
cause we needed to chiong our CID.
then we managed to build up at least smt that looks like the real thing.
then after the teachers graded the board, we went to destroy it.
we jumped on it.
stepped on the buildings.
the styrofoam broke.
and that's all i guess.

tomorrow's yang laoshi's last day teaching us.
so sad.
cause he can obviously make lessons more interesting than usual.

played soccer and basketball after school.
i didn't score any goals.
yeah watever.
hahax. i shall not come up with any excuses why i did not score.
cause that sounds like trying to defend yourself.

the weather's hot in the afternoon.
i saw netballers and yithong running.
they looked tired and worn-out.
even i felt tired playing soccer in the blazing sun.
at least i assisted szefan in scoring.
YAY! ;D

then yang laoshi came and so i went to play basketball.
didn't score many shots.
but LOLs. i'm not a basketballer.
i'm just playing for fun. XD

got back my chinese paper today.
36.5/60.
the result wasn't what i expected leh.
i expected it to be much higher than this.
but i just have to learn from my mistakes i guess.
hope my other papers can pull my results up.
cause i know my science paper also sure get very low marks one.
my history paper also.
and my lang arts paper too.
and now i even think my geog and maths result would be worser than i expected.
that makes up a boy with 0% confidence.
not even a bit of energy to fight on.
i guess that makes up me.

today was a unforgettable day for me. ;D
cause it finally rained and cooled the weather down.
and we all had fun in the cinema too. XD

weather was as hot as usual in the morning.
somemore szefan kept saying i was bad in soccer cause i nvr score yesterday.
that alien!
next time i get the ball i don't pass to anyone le lorr.
then got chance then i shoot lorr.
then i was damn fed up.
but that lasted for a short time anyways.
cause my LANG ARTS result ranked 5th in the class.
YAY! XD
wow. i nvr get so high for my LANG ARTS before.
so i felt elated. ;D

nothing much happened in lessons after that.

so after school we went to vivo watch movie.
'we' as in the whole badminton squad [boys!] and some other table-tennis ppl went to watch SPIDER-MAN 3.
that's a total of 10 ppl watching a movie. that could make up for a soccer squad.
bought the tickets and went to eat LONG JOHN'S SILVERs. we chiong to eat finish cause the show was starting in about 15 minutes time. but we still made it on time for the show.

one fun thing about vivocity: there's static all over the place!
the metal railings and bars are 'sources' of static.
tunren says you get static too when you rub your foot against the floor.
so we go 'dian4' each other.
szefan and sean were very funny when static-ed.
they will like suddenly jerk up cause of the static shock.
i got 'dian-ed' too. and had a 'shocking' experience. ;D

we looked at the adverts they were showing before the movie and said we would choose another day after our trainings to come and watch.
movies like FANTASTIC FOUR: THE SILVER SURFER, PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN.
their adverts looked cool.

i thought the show was meaningful.
i sat with szefan and tunren throughout the show.
we were like discussing what would happen next and stuff like that.
yeah. so it was quite fun.

shall tell you the brief summary of the movie.
[don't read this if you're planning to watch it some other day! ;D]
i felt the story had 3 parts.
1st part: spiderman was on the good side and mary-jane was still his girlfrend.
2nd part: spiderman turns evil cause of the venom(?)[some weirdo stuff that can crawl around]and he sort of broke up with his grilfrend.
3rd part: spiderman turns good again and gets rid of his venom and the couple gets together again even though his good frend died.

quite sad ending larr.
but very meaningful.
cause spidey told us the 'moral' of the movie.
it was that choices determine the person we are now. so we must choose our choices carefully and wisely.

i took away from this movie that we should not turn to evil for power. [like when he didn't control himself from the venom]
and i learnt that we also help our frends when they are in need. [like when the jr goblin saved spidey when fighting with venom monster and sandman]

actually i think sandman is a nice guy. but because he needed money for his daughter so he turned to crime.
this happens in society too i guess.
and it was sandman who killed peter parker's uncle. but he accidentally killed him too.
but venom [the monster] is evil.
hahax. i don't really know why but i felt that he was the evil guy.
spidey is a cool character too. XD

unforgettable movie experience.
cause i long time no watch le. ;D

then after the movie we went to the adidas shop to play table soccer.
went home after that.
long ride home.
reached home tired but contented.

but i guess the thrill when you score a goal must be absolutely superb.

walked home without getting anything to eat.
and i nvr eat anything for lunch too.
so you can imagine how much i ate for dinner. XD

CHINESE. did essay. it was damn boring larr. but yang laoshi made it better by giving us chocolates. my favourites lehh. XD

then after school went to play basketball then soccer. for short while. cause got TRAINING.
BASKETBALL. my shots improved but my passes cannot make it like other days lehh.
SOCCER. cause alien don't want play basketball so i go play soccer with him and alvis and jiantong.
YAY. my shots improved. muahahax. they are going much higher. self-confidence? maybe.

then yongyu tell me go back training cause mrs chan ask me go back train or else later i considered late.
TRAINING was drills and not much gameplay.
not very fun stuff if you ask me.

then alien wait for me at JE MRT. and told me how long he waited for me.
LOLS. at least there's still a good frend. XD
we went to LOT1. then he said he wanted to eat LONG JOHN'S SILVER. i was like going to have dinner soon. but go and eat with him. it was like so long i nvr go there eat le lorr.
then the taste of their fries were much nicer than MACDONALD's. [at least he thinks so and i do too.]

walked home after that. cause i had a drink on my hand and i noe i shldn't board the bus with a drink. [i think that's the rule (?).]
then had dinner. LOLs. i was very very full after that.

but the exams are not over yet.
still got my [favourite] subject MATHS exam.
then on the day we end our exams; there's badminton training.
the irony of life.

i should be enjoying the time i have for myself after the exams.
but oh-well there's badminton training.

i injured my index finger today while playing basketball today too.
the ball struck my finger and i still reach for the ball.
now its a bit red and swollen.
plus its PAIN. ouch.
but i can still write and do all that stuff in the exams.
so don't worry. [i doubt you'll be worrying anyway]

i'm going to totally flunk my SCIENCE paper. cause aiya don't want say le. LOLs. cause sure fail le wad. D;

me and the other peeps were talking about the soccer competition during lessons.
we even drew out our formation.
i suggested 4-1-2-1-2. [4 Ds, 4Ms and 2Ss]
so i wil return to my favourite position.
even though many ppl say i could be striker.
LOLs. no thanks. CAM is enough.
cause i want to help out in the defence.

soccer. what a beautiful game when you see the players play in their top-form.
encourages teamwork + resposibility.
