heyys.

decided to come to post for the last time
before mid years start. (i hope)

all i want to say in this post,
is 'GOOD LUCK FOR THE EXAMS! ;D'
there's 3 days to mugg seriously.
i think i'll wake up at 7am and sleep at 11pm everyday.
the whole day studying, revising.

but i hope it's worth it.
i mean like it's obviously worth it,
but would what is sowed,
be equivalent to what effort you put in?
sometimes, it doesn't seem that way.
no matter how hard you try,
you still couldn't get what you're aiming for.

how paradoxial.
or contradictory.
i think it's more of a paradox, it looks contradictory
but it's true, don't you think so?

okay i shall just do my best.
to my utmost capability. (i ain't able to achieve much)
'glhf! ;D'
good luck have fun.
like mr chia said,
to austin the exams are like holidays.
wow, haha.
then what do you do when there's no holidays.
haha, joking. ;D

oh yeah,
chelsea won man u.
yay, there's some drama to this season,
other than arsenal getting off form.
lucky there's a penalty awarded to chelsea,
haha.

i blab on so much and so long now,
it's time to do what everyone's doing.
mugging is pop culture.
this rarely, i'm influenced to do smt good.
okaye, gtg.
good luck for mid yrs. (3rd time i've said)
'cause luck is very impt. ;D
bye.

heyys.

wah, so long nvr come post.
i try not to on the com nowadays,
cause i'll get tempted to game.

i'm learning how to cube.
haha, i don't know how to do top layer.
cubing takes off the addiction in me.

tomorrows the last school day before exams.
so much to do on the 3 days.
it's going to get boring.
sitting by the table,
reading what's tested for mid years.

it's so difficult to stay mentally stable during the exam period.
maybe you'll contract the 'EXAMS syndrome',
if you feel anyone of the symptoms below:
1. reading stuff you know over and over again;
afraid that you'll forget them.
2. have thoughts of ripping your books into halves.
3. feeling depressed; e.g. seeing a wall in front of you
and running straight into it, head-first.
well, then you may have just contracted the above syndrome.
good thing it's not contagious.
you are advised to consult your teddybear immediately. ;D

haha, i'm just kidding.

i think the best way to study for exams is to plan your time well.
yes, you can just make a time-table in your head or put a list of
what you're going to complete tday.
oh, that's jsut what i do anyway.
if it doesn't suit you, then try smt else.

thinking of what to do after the exams.
there's going to be so much to do,
so much to play,
so much time to enjoy & relax.

oh, i'll just throw these thoughts away for the time being,
and study hardd.

okaye, gtg.
study hard, stay well.
bye.

heyys.

rather dull saturday afternoon.
nothing much to do,
thought a lot tday.
that's why i do work so slow,
so inefficient.

omg, our la project gg.
havent even do ppt yet,
and nobody's online.
bet the teacher say we never put effort in.
'cause we really nvr put any.

tday was year3 ptm.
or some claim 'sure-die' day.
'cause they think the teacher will say smt bad about them to their parents.
my parents told me,
my teachers say i'm clvr but not willing to put effort in.
oh, i agree with that.

i must put more effort in.
double/triple.
notice i always say, but nvr do. D;
hence, i must be determined.

don't you miss the days whr you stay at home,
when you were a kid,
playing with whatever you had.
i played with a pair of binoculars.
then i'll look for the further object to look at.
inever had those portable game stations before.
like gameboy, nitendo.
so last time i very bored one.
i loved the rain when i was small.
because i like the different colour of the clouds that time.
grey and stormy.
i sound like a sadist.
but it was nice staying at home when it rains outside.
'cause you feel protected at home.

i had little freedom as a kid.
looking back,
sometimes freedom may not be a good thing.
it helps 'shape' independence.
but if you can do whatever you want,
then the world will go wrong.
restricting freedom builds character, so to say.
somehow it does.

i'm preaching again.
doesn't all that sound boring,
coming out from someone boring.
hah.
great, another day is about to pass.
soon there will be a day left in the weekend.
and i'll pia my work.
for now i should jsut forget about everything and go to sleep,
before i think of something to preach about.

gtg, bye.

heyys.

feeling mixed tday.
something is seriously wrong with me.

tday had bio test.
lots of stuff to write, didn't even stop at anytime.
mental block at last question, 'cause i saw it was worth 6 marks.
i went, haha. 6 marks so much.

failed my napha test. (cue to laugh?)
cannot clear pull-up, so worthless.
haha, have no clue what to do next.

barely cleared my chem test.
haha, this time i didn't understand one question.
aim to be better next time.

after listing all the failures, must look on a brighter side.
i did okaye for chinese, and well for geog.
physics and math test coming up fast.
this friday morning is going to be long.
then in the night there shall be no dota for me,
i'm going to try to utilise time well ;D/
i hope, if i dont get tempted.

tday there was this record-holder, olmpian swimmer that came to the school.
haha, the our class was siting in front.
so weird to sit in front.
he trains everyday and became a great swimmer.
i'd like a life like that.
do sports in the morning before going school,
then after school train again.
that's because it sounds simple here, haha.
but it's surely very tough work.
message/moral: yes, practice makes perfect.
but if nobody can be perfect, why bother? (joking luhh ;D)

stuck on what to write next here.
i'm waiting for yx and wj's reply on the la stuff.
no reply so far.
oh, arsenal lost liverpool.
looks like arsenal is having problems like me.
well, you're just lucky liverpool,
we gave penalties like mr clause.
beat 'em next time arsenal. ;D/

still no reply,
forget it.
might as well do smt else.
gtg, bye.

heyys.

haha, managed to finish all my work.
so i came to write smt.

the world's so different without the sun.
tday morning it was sunny,
the skies are blue.
but now, the sun is gone,
leaving bits and pieces of grey clouds behind.

that's probably good news to the constuction workers downstairs.
they work in the day and in the night.
i see the crane moving at night.
tough work.
if it's tough work, then why do they get paid lesser than other ppl.
then ppl who work by thinking.
is hands-on labour worth less than mental labour?

i wonder what i'm going to be when i grow up.
remember, in kindergarden teachers want you
to draw what you want to be when you grow up.
i remembered what i drew: a sportscar racer.
haha, influenced by cartoons maybe,
sportscar racers seem to be the coolest job then.

what did you all draw on the paper last time then?
astronauts, chefs, policeman, doctor, zoo keeper...
lot of options last time.
but you must have come to realise that soon,
your ambitions seem more and more unreal.
not really down-to-the-earth.
then the picture was torn and threw in a wastebasket at the back of your mind.
new pictures must have been painted.
no longer is being a racer my ambition anymore, haha.
actually racing doesn't seem so bad.
but it's pretty dangerous.

i sound like i'm trying to make you recall all about last time.
sometimes, we must take time to recall what we did last time.
find back our childhood.
refresh the picturesque memories.
so you can keep it for a long long time.
sometimes memories are what we have to
make a desperate attempt to return back to time.

what time do we have left in our youngadult-hood?
it's really little if you don't make anything out of it.
to some it all up in a nutshell,
treasure the time thou have.

well, my speech has ended. (applause)
all that stuff came out of my mind somehow,
manzxc, am i a weird person.

exams round the corner,
study hard, jiayous everyone.
the reality is really simple,
study hard, get a job that requires mental labour,
and manzxc there you go with your life.
jing4 ye4 le4 ye4, remember?

gtg, bye.
