wow.
another day passed in a blink of an eye.
and its the end of the weekends before you know it.
and who knows.
maybe the mid-years will pass in a blink of an eye too. i hope.

went to tuition in the morning. i was so very tired and took a long time getting out of bed.
had an interesting time with the class learning about the topic: ghosts. some images of the book were scary enough though. everyone looked creeped out. XD

after tuition dad, sis and i went to the optical shop to test for my sis's shortsightedness or smt like that. then the optician (?) [yeah the one who owns the shop] told us that my sis had to wear specs so that the degree of the reflectioness (?) [the like erm reflections. aiya in chinese san3 guang1] would not increase. so she chose this silver lense specs. wow her specs are much nicer than mine lorr. but she needs to wear them often. i'd rather not wear specs. cause i'm not used to it i guess.

next we picked my mum from the house and went for lunch.
then it started raining. i was like 'ohno don't rain'. but it still rained. heavily somemore. with lightning.

because of this rain we could not go to west coast park as planned to skate and so we decided to shop until it stopped raining.
wasn't in the mood to shop cause i wanted to skate very much. when someone isn't in the mood to shop for example like he is being dragged by someone to accompany that someone shop. he wouldn't be in the mood to shop, would he? not that i was dragged to shop but i like shopping one lorr. but today just didn't feel like it.
but when i entered the shopping mall i began walking around looking at things so i guess i wasn't very bored then too.

but the rained stopped after like one hour or so. yay. then we drove to west coast park and skated there. there more fun to skate lorr. cause its much much bigger than choa chu kang park. thats pretty obvious.
one thing i enjoy about skating int he parks are that the slopes/ramps in the parks are fun to skate down. its always a challenge to skate down the slope. and its a risk too. either you remain intact at the foot of the slope or you break a leg at the foot of the slope. chances are that you remain intact though.
i did 2 tricky slopes today and were intact of course. or else i would be crying now in the hospital lorr. hahax. just joking.
tomorrows napha le. i can't afford to get injured now.

after that we went to eat our dinner. had black pepper crab and tofu and egg and vege for dinner. ate a lot and ended up full.

i'm pretty anxious for tomorrows NAPHA test. badminton's minimum requirement for getting in the team is a silver. last year i just passed the minimum requirements for silver lorr. just passed leh. and they say maybe next year the minimum requirement may be pushed up to a gold. they must be nuts.
my inclined pull-ups are not very strong. only like about 13 last year. and clement did 30 pull-ups in 30 seconds this year. i'm going to kick him for that. XD
my sit&reach are even worst. this year we like nvr even practice larr.
my standing broad jump not bad lar. average. confident that this year can do better.
my sit-ups are okay lar. maybe can improve this year.
my shuttle run very good last year. 9.9 seconds last year i think. but maybe this year will deprove?
and finally my 2.4 run is average lar. hope to improve on it tomorrow and try not to think too much when i run. its a problem leh when you think and run at the same time. i think so damn much when i run that i think the thinking i do when i run should be put to good use in my exams. hope the weather would be cloudy with wind too. it helps me run better and faster.

after typing so much, i feel tired on my fingers. ouch.
and to think tomorrow still got badminton training.
