haha, i looking at nutritional values
of cup noodles and KFC chicken.
interesting results.
well not very suprising,
but 2 pieces of extra crispy chicken has
much more cholestrol and fats then cup noodles.
original recipe chicken is also more 'healthy' than extra crispy.
in a way it has less fats, but more sodium.
i wonder what sodium is used for in our body.
because i saw the cup noodles there write 1434mg of sodium,
only 60% of the daily values.
why do we need so much of sodium.
i'm lazy to find out.
hopes someone tells me why. ;D
nothing much happened at cca tday.
except we lost to sec 4 girls in a game of doubles.
then we had to do 200 push-ups.
sad, now my arm still pain.

it's a wednesday tomorrow.
fried food day.
hence we shan't care about the calories anymore.

and our life expectancy is suppose to be 70+.
