heyys.
sunday night,
a start of a new week tmrw.
there shld be excitement,
somehow during the holidays, weekdays and weekends aren't any different.
however there's always smt to look forward to,
and i'm thankful for that. ;D
ytd went running early in the morning at macritchie.
i can't do push-ups, zzz.
i mean i can't do them for v long, my arms v weak.
now have to work hard to qualify to play for the school.
pass the physical test then can represent school.
i think that's fair enough,
but that's going to be tough for me, lol.
after that we went lan.
haha yeah, the lan addicts went lan again.
tell me you're not suprised.
ytd late afternoon went to first uncle's house to eat.
there was loads of food,
haha, great news for me,
i eat almost everything.
there was satay, roast duck
and loads of stuff to put in the steamboat.
i ate 2 rounds of food,
because i skipped lunch.
stuffed myself with rice and satay and drank bowls of soup.
rice is like a 'comfort food' to me and most people i think.
i read about 'comfort food' on the chinese newspaper.
yeah, translated from chinese of course.
these are the foods that bring comfort to you.
any food, like for example eating rice comforts you in a way.
what you eat makes you,
so i guess what comfort food you eat,
makes you comfortable and contented.
hmm, chocolate is another of my comfort food too.
in any situations,
you can always confide in a chocolate bar.
oh ya, i remember a phrase that caught my attention on the tv screen.
'desserts' is 'stressed' spelt backwards,
buy a donut(or smt they are selling through this phrase)
lol, super cool. ;D
tmrw's training,
clement and i decided we'd train hard in training and train up on our pull-ups.
haha, good luck man.
yay, eating breakfast tmrw again.
haha, the usual ppl always meet for breakfast whenever we have training.
we'd meet early at je,
then we go eat fishball noodles or nasi lemak.
yong zhi, jun wei, clement, ming kang and me.
lolol, bonding before training.
then we play lan,
so bonding after training.
in any way bonding happens.
okay gotta go.
actually 'go' isn't that strong as a word.
why not use 'run' or 'fly'.
okay gotta run.
okay gotta fly.
sounds great, haha.
nvm, you get the idea right.
take care and good night.
