last day of the ydsp camp.
wah, i'm missing it already.

there was a mini-competition tday.
so everyone tried their robot cars on the competition track.
the whole process was v rush and v funny.
it's very tough to think about the wiring and everything about sensors in the morning,
but it got btr in the afternoon.
we used sound sensor for our car to turn left,
and IR sensor to turn right.
so to make it turn left must make a sound.
haha, pearlyn does all the clapping to maneuver the car.
i think her hands v pain.

the first time we run the car got quite a lot of prob,
lol then very luan4 suddenly.
but in the end configure until can and we let the car run.
but only managed to clear one zone.
for the competition,
there are like 4 zones and got obstacles to knock down.
then got points.
so second time go another circuit and let car run.
it can go 2 zones i think and knock 1 obstacle and return base.
so scored 18 pts.
out of 31. lol.
huishan and evelyn scored 5, haha.
"aiyo, nt bad larr nvr score zero", i was telling them.
however, kendrick and yi cheng got 31 pts!
full marks leh, they did all the zones and knocked all obstacles and return base.
super imba!
haha, still got the interview.
pearlyn did all the talking so i just smiled at the judges.
lol, that one also added to the pts one.
overall, kendrick and yi cheng still won the whole competition. ;D
haha they beat rgs, hwa chong, vjc, dunman.
they also won one plaque for the school.
hmm i guess they would be getting on stage get prize.
proud of them lorr, haha wei4 xiao4 zheng1 guang1.

in the end, the cars which we worked for 5 days had to be put in the box and dismantled.
lol, sad.
i felt that this week was worth it.
being in an air-con room, making a robot car with sensors,
and eating the delicious food.
the trainers were super nicee ppl also.
they tried to help us when we got problems with our car.
then there's the "boss", haha the proest instructor around le.
that's also the reason why our cars can even move, lol.

aiyo i'm missing the food they cater.
haha, and the exhibits and eggs hatching, chicks we went to see in science centre.
i miss the ppl i work with too.
pearlyn, huishan, evelyn, kendrick and yi cheng.
everyday be with them work on cars.
a rewarding experience indeed. ;D
given another chance i would go for this type of camp again, lol.

i'm going to malaysia later.
i don't know how long it'll be,
but i hope i can make it back on wed,
for badminton chalet!
sad lorr i miss another training.
haha, zonals so near le.
i getting v scared cannot play well for zonals.
lol.
